About Yumino Heart Clinic

Located 3-minute walk from Takadanobaba Station. We are multispecialty clinic providing services in internal medicine, cardiology, pulmonology, and psychiatry. The clinic is equipped with the most advanced medical instruments to provide seamless service from diagnosis to treatment in collaboration with nurses and medical technicians. On top of outpatient services, we provide home medical care and home rehabilitation by visiting patient’s home. We are also in close cooperation with university hospitals and general hospitals of the vicinity to provide the best possible therapy for patients.

Outpatient Services Internal Medicine/Cardiology/Pulmonology

General internal medicine treatment such as flu, cough, virus check to cardio/pulmonary diseases such as heart palpitations and shortness of breath

Snoring and Sleep Apnea Solution

Providing snoring/sleep apnea solution by both in-home and overnight sleep studies for diagnosis and therapy.

Home medical care

Home medical care service is available for those who have difficulty visiting our outpatient service. Physicians from our clinic visit patient’s home for the treatment. At our clinic, a team of specialists makes a visit for diagnosis and care. This service is provided by national health insurance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Home Rehabilitation

Home rehabilitation service provided by physical therapists is available for those who have difficulty visiting the clinic to improve the patients’ physical function in collaboration with physicians.

Please bring your Health Insurance Card and/or Prescription record・referral letter (if available)

For first –visit patients, we recommend that you make an appointment with us by phone prior to your visit. Without an appointment, you may be asked to wait until the doctor is able to see you.
